Appearance Ophidians are rumored to be scale-skinned and almost snakelike in appearance. However, they nearly always appear in heavy robes that seem to glow from within – some have been seen with glowing symbols on their robes. They move swiftly and silently.
Background The Ophidian species is the newest intelligent species on Solop Avagar, emerging only in the last century and first encountered by the Avagarsians on the Bronze Coast. Their origin is likely on the western continent of Vornce, but no one is entirely sure. Mysterious and elusive, they’ve only recently been spotted more frequently on the mainland – but still remain removed from major cities and open interaction. Recent rumors speculate that they are technologically advanced as well – thus they are generally feared and disliked by the other major species.
